1. About Us
K-Fragrance is an Egyptian perfume retailer specializing in the sale of 100% original perfumes and fragrance products. The company is an exclusive distributor in Egypt for Rasasi, Swiss Arabian, and Azha brands.

2. Products & Prices
- All products displayed on the website are 100% original and sourced through official distribution channels.
- All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
- Prices, promotions, and offers may be changed at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
- Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color, packaging, or appearance may occur depending on the production batch.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error, K-Fragrance reserves the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer before shipment.
3. Orders & Confirmation
- An order is considered confirmed after our team contacts you to confirm the order, or after receiving and verifying a payment screenshot for InstaPay transactions.
- K-Fragrance reserves the right to reject or cancel an order if the requested product is unavailable, the information provided is incomplete, or there are reasonable concerns regarding the validity of the payment. The customer will be notified in such cases.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, delivery address, and mobile phone number.
4. Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery
The customer pays the delivery representative the full order amount, including applicable shipping fees, upon delivery.
InstaPay
The customer transfers the order amount to the designated K-Fragrance account and sends a screenshot of the successful transfer via WhatsApp. The order will be prepared after the payment has been verified.
Payment Security
K-Fragrance will never ask customers to provide their bank card details, passwords, PINs, or other confidential banking information through WhatsApp or email.

6. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separate prices, terms, and conditions agreed directly with the K-Fragrance team.
Wholesale orders are not automatically subject to the consumer return policy applicable to individual retail purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Accounts & Personal Information
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and login credentials.
- We may collect and use information such as your name, address, mobile number, and email address for the purpose of processing your orders and communicating with you regarding your purchases.
- Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfill an order, including delivery companies and payment service providers.
- Subscription to marketing or newsletter communications is optional, and customers may unsubscribe at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The K-Fragrance name, logo, website design, original content, graphics, photographs, and other website materials are the property of K-Fragrance or their respective rights holders.
The names, logos, trademarks, and brand materials of third-party fragrance brands displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
9. Limitation of Liability
- K-Fragrance is committed to delivering products in their original condition.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, K-Fragrance's liability in relation to any individual order shall not exceed the value of the products actually paid for in that order.
- K-Fragrance shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or delivery-company operational issues. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of significant delays.
- Perfumes and personal fragrance products may interact differently with individual skin types. Differences in fragrance performance or interaction with a customer's skin do not, by themselves, constitute a product defect.
10. Changes to These Terms
K-Fragrance may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time an order is placed shall apply to that order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, as applicable.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or an order placed through the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
